press secretary Robert Gibbs, says his boss doesn't have any time to waste on questions about his constitutional eligibility for the highest office in the land.He's got too many important things to do – like taking away your right to choose the doctor of your choice and seek the kind of medical care you and your doctor believe is appropriate, fighting the phantom problem of "global warming," compiling databases on dissenters, funding ACORN with your taxpayer dollars, conducting intrusive Census interrogations about the most intimate details of your life, devising the next trillion-dollar stimulus program, etc.
While he may not have the time or inclination to simply release the birth certificate that would either confirm or repudiate his claim to constitutional eligibility, he does, however, have the money to spend fighting more than a dozen lawsuits demanding he live up to the spirit of his oath of office.
His legal tab is up to at least $1.4 million, according to the latest tally by WND.
