Attorney Philip J Berg Defends Obama Birth Certificate Lawsuits

Jamie Freeze, a law student, has called any of us who question Soetoro/Obama's citizenship status and constitutional eligibility to serve as U.S. President — a constitutional right of ours, of course — incompetent idiots. Ms. Freeze, however, may want to continue her education. Part of being a lawyer, a very important part, is being able to comprehend what you read and to cite the correct law to collaborate it, something Ms. Freeze has clearly failed to do...

Palin: Obama Birth Certificate 'a Fair Question'

Speaking to the conservative talker Rusty Humphries today, Sarah Palin left the door open to speculation about President Obama's birth certificate.

"Would you make the birth certificate an issue if you ran?" she was asked (around 9 minutes into the video above).

"I think the public rightfully is still making it an issue. I don't have a problem with that. I don't know if I would have to bother to make it an issue, because I think that members of the electorate still want answers," she replied...

Snopes.com: How Reliable is It?

For the past few years www.snopes.com has positioned itself, or others have labeled it as the 'tell-all, final word' on any comment, claim and e-mail.

But for several years, people tried to find out who exactly was behind snopes.com.

Only recently did Wikipedia get to the bottom of it - kind of makes you wonder what they were hiding.

Well, finally we know.

It is run by a husband and wife team - that's right, no big office of investigators and researchers, no team of lawyers...It's just a mom-and-pop operation that began as a hobby.

David and Barbara Mikkelson who live in the San Fernando Valley of California started the web site about 13 years ago - and they have no formal background or experience in investigative research.

After a few years it gained popularity believing it to be unbiased and neutral, but over the past couple of years people started asking questions about who was behind it and did they have a selfish motivation?

The reason for the questions - or skepticisms - is a result of snopes.com claiming to have the bottom line facts to certain questions or issues, when in fact, they have been proven wrong.

Also, there were criticisms that the Mikkelsons were not really investigating and getting to the 'true' bottom of various issues.

When I saw that Snopes had falsely claimed that Obama's Birth Certificate had been properly validated, I realized something was wrong with either their research and/or their credibility.

It seems something is seriously wrong with both.

Then a few months ago, when my State Farm agent Bud Gregg, in Mandeville, hoisted a political sign referencing Barack Obama and made a big splash across the Internet, supposedly, the Mikkelsons claim to have researched this issue before posting their findings on snopes.com.

In their statement they claimed the corporate office of State Farm pressured Gregg into taking down the sign, when in fact, nothing of the sort ever took place.

I personally contacted David Mikkelson (and he replied back to me) thinking that he would want to get to the bottom of this, and I gave him Bud Gregg's contact phone numbers. Bud was going to give him phone numbers to the big exec's at State Farm in Illinois who would have been willing to speak with him about it. He never called Bud.

In fact, I learned from Bud Gregg that no one from snopes.com ever contacted anyone with State Farm.

Yet snopes.com issued a statement as the 'final factual word' on the issue as if they did all their homework and got to the bottom of things. Not!

Then it has been learned the Mikkelsons are very Democrat and extremely liberal.

As we all now know from this presidential election, liberals have a purpose agenda to discredit anything that appears to be conservative.

There has been much criticism lately over the internet with people pointing out the Mikkelsons liberalism revealing itself in their web site findings. Gee, what a shock!

So, I say this now to everyone who goes to www.snopes.com to get what they think to be the bottom line facts:

Proceed with caution. Take what it says at face value and nothing more. Use it only to lead you to their references where you can link to and read the sources for yourself.

Plus, you can always Google a subject and do the research yourself.

It now seems apparent that's all the Mikkelsons do.

After all, I can personally vouch from my own experience for their 'not' fully looking into things. Gary McCaleb 2255 Western Park Dr. Dallas, TX 75211-7748

Did Barack Obama Lie About His Birth to Become President?

As a highly regarded young detective, Neil Sankey was once seconded to elite Scotland Yard units hunting down IRA bombers, dangerous anarchists and organised crime barons.

Today, however, almost 30 years after quitting Hampshire constabulary to become a private investigator in California, he is wrestling with an inquiry that is as controversial as it is complex; one that makes that his former police work seem mundane by comparison.

Now aged 64, and semi-retired, Mr Sankey is attempting to prove that Barack Obama is guilty of the most audacious act of fraud in U.S political history, having become President when he was not even eligible to run for office...

Obama Birth Certificate Part of a Citizenship Issue That Will Not Go Away

Challenging a sitting President on eligibility is outside the comfort level of most Americans because we assume that such an item is fully vetted beforehand. However the Obama eligibility under Article II Section 1 of the US Constitution persists. The issue is that Obama was not born in the US and thus is not eligible to be President. Folks pursuing this issue are called birthers: a label now an official word in the Oxford Dictionary defined as “a conspiracy theorist who challenges President Obama’s U.S. birth certificate.”...
GOP Rep. Garrett: 'I Agree' That Obama Should Produce Birth Certificate

It’s been a little while since a good confrontation between a birther and a member of Congress, but here’s one from last week: a constituent of Rep. Scott Garrett (R-N.J.) asking his congressman why Republicans won’t do anything about the “eligibility issue.” It makes for awkward viewing, as Garrett’s staff clearly wants a change of subject from an audience that seems to be fine with pushing the question. At around 4:40 in the video, the congressman finally engages...

Urgent! Pastor Manning Visited By the CIA

Pastor James David Manning, one of President Obama’s most vocal and outspoken critics, has just released a video in which he claims that on the afternoon of November 16th, 2009, while at his ATLAH World Missionary Church, he was visited by two CIA agents. Manning says the agents claimed that they were from Homeland Security and were accompanied by two NYPD Detectives.

Pastor Manning also said he expects to be arrested within the next few days and charged with “the threat against the life of a U.S. President”, and he believes that this arrest is imminent.

However, Manning says he welcomes the arrest and will not attempt to resist. He believes it is possible that God will use his arrest to finally bring about the truth regarding Obama’s citizenship.

Orly Taitz: natural-born litigator

Orly Taitz: natural-born litigator

O.C. attorney has gained a national following for challenging Obama's citizenship.

The Orange County Register

When you see Orly Taitz deliver her impassioned, Eastern European-accented arguments on Fox News or CNN or YouTube, you're getting just the first hint of the outsized features of her life.

She was born in the USSR, then lived in Israel and Romania before getting married and immigrating to the U.S. The mother and former swimsuit model established a successful dentistry business with two Orange County offices – then, in her spare time, studied law and passed the state bar.

Her growing national notoriety is the result of her long-shot legal efforts to have Barack Obama removed as president, claiming that he is not a natural-born citizen. While the rumor had previously percolated on the political fringes of the Internet with a couple of failed lawsuits, Taitz's relentless filings and colorful personality have raised the visibility of the claim and led to her being dubbed "Queen of the Birthers."...

No time for Constitution
(From WorldNetDaily.com)

Barack Obama's mouthpiece, White House

press secretary Robert Gibbs, says his boss doesn't have any time to waste on questions about his constitutional eligibility for the highest office in the land.

He's got too many important things to do – like taking away your right to choose the doctor of your choice and seek the kind of medical care you and your doctor believe is appropriate, fighting the phantom problem of "global warming," compiling databases on dissenters, funding ACORN with your taxpayer dollars, conducting intrusive Census interrogations about the most intimate details of your life, devising the next trillion-dollar stimulus program, etc.

While he may not have the time or inclination to simply release the birth certificate that would either confirm or repudiate his claim to constitutional eligibility, he does, however, have the money to spend fighting more than a dozen lawsuits demanding he live up to the spirit of his oath of office.

His legal tab is up to at least $1.4 million, according to the latest tally by WND.

Obama's strategy is simple – stonewall...

2. No one, outside a very select group of people close to the AKA campaign, has actually seen the Certification of Live Birth document although innumerable pictures of it supposedly exist.

Obama Is Not What We Want
Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother has sworn she was present when Barack was born in Kenya. His backers provided a fake certificate of birth, which didn’t fool many people.
He was born August 1961 and the certificate was printed on a form revised November 2001. The certificate’s number was also blocked out...

Obama's Half-Brother Arrested on Charge of Marijuana Possession
...CNN tracked down George Obama in August and found him at a small house in Huruma, a Nairobi slum, where he lives with his mother's extended family. His birth certificate shows that he is Barack Obama's half-brother...

Isn't it ironic that we are able to verify the Usurper-in-Chief's half brother's birth certificate but we still have not verified the Certificate of Live Birth of Barak Hussein Obama.

Again, we must ask the question..."Why has the media, the left, the right, the Republicans, the Democrats, the Congress, the Chief Justice, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck...why have they all given a pass to the vetting of this empty shell...this Marxist puppet we call the President of the United States."

We need to wake up to the fact that the Emperor has No Birth Certificate and is probably not eligible to assume the office he has usurped. We need to the wake up to the fact that this fraud is being aided and abetted by agents at all levels our government. Our nation has ceased to function as a democratic republic and has degenerated into a socialist rule by usurpation.

Wake up to reality and start questioning the status quo.
